Your 15-day trial

Every new BytePhase account starts with a 15-day trial. During the trial, you can use every feature of the Standard plan, so you can try it all with your real jobs before you choose a plan.

When you sign up, your card is authorised, but nothing is charged during the trial. After the 15 days, your plan starts on its own and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

What you get

• All Standard features for the whole 15 days. For example leads, AMC, rentals, tasks and choosing what each employee can do.
• The Standard limits for staff logins and businesses. See Plans and limits.
• Your data stays when the trial ends. Nothing you add during the trial is lost.

See how many days are left

Open your profile menu:

• Computer: click your name at the top right.
• Phone: tap More, then tap your profile picture at the top right.

Under your plan name you see, for example, “Trial · 9 days remaining”. On the last day it says “Trial ends today”.

When the trial ends

When the 15 days are up, your plan starts on its own and your card is charged. To stop it, cancel before the trial ends (see below).

If you cancel and don’t buy a plan, your account becomes view only. A red bar at the top says “Plan expired · view only”. You can still open and read all your data, but you can’t create or edit anything until you buy a plan.

Buy early, lose nothing

You can buy a plan any time during the trial. The days left on your trial are kept, and your paid plan starts after them. See Upgrade, renew or change your plan.

Stop a plan from starting after the trial

If you don’t want to continue after the trial:

1. Open Billing & plans: click your name at the top right, then the plan item. On a phone, tap More › System › Subscription.
2. In the Auto-renewing subscription box, click Cancel recurring.
3. Confirm. Your card won’t be charged.

Good to know

• Prices depend on your country, and some countries get a country-specific discount. See bytephase.com/pricing.
• You can’t buy a plan in the iPhone app. Sign in from a web browser instead.
