The Calendar puts your assigned work on one screen: jobs by their due date, tasks, pickups and drops, and AMC visits and renewals. Each person sees their own work.

You can also connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. Then your personal events show beside your BytePhase work.

  • Every staff member has a Calendar. Customers who sign in don’t.
  • To connect Google or Microsoft, you need your own Google or Microsoft (Outlook, Office 365) account.
  1. On a computer, click Calendar in the menu on the left.

On a phone, tap More. Under Daily work, tap Calendar.

  2. Choose Month, Week, Day or Agenda at the top. Click Today to jump back to today, or use the arrows to move.

  3. On the left, Quick views count what needs you, for example Due today, Follow-ups, Invoices due and Pickup / drop.

Owners and admins can pick another employee at the top to see that person’s calendar.

  1. Open Calendar. On the left, under Connected calendars, click Connect next to Google or Microsoft.

  2. Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account and allow BytePhase to use your calendar.

Back in BytePhase, the calendar shows Connected.

  3. Use the calendar picker at the top to show only BytePhase work, only Google, only Microsoft, or everything together.

Once a calendar is connected, click Create at the top. Type a Subject, a Description if you like, the Start date and End date, and pick which connected Calendar to save it in. Click Create.

The event is saved in your Google or Microsoft calendar. Without a connected calendar you see “Connect Google or Microsoft Calendar to create events”.

Jobs, tasks, pickups and AMC dates are never copied into Google or Microsoft. To see them, open the BytePhase Calendar.

  • The connection is personal. Each staff member connects their own Google or Microsoft account.
  • To stop the link, click Disconnect next to Google or Microsoft. Your events stay in Google or Microsoft.
  • Jobs show on the day they’re due. A job without a due date doesn’t show on the calendar.
