When something isn’t in your plan
Section titled “When something isn’t in your plan”A feature that isn’t in your plan still shows in the menu, with a padlock. If you click it, you see an offer to upgrade instead of the page. This way you can see what a higher plan adds. On a computer, point at a locked item in the left menu to see which plan unlocks it, for example “Upgrade to Basic”.
See or change your plan
Section titled “See or change your plan”- Computer: click your name at the top right. Then click the plan item, for example Standard plan.
- Phone: tap More. Then under System, tap Subscription.
You need to be able to open Settings to see the plan. If you can’t, ask your shop owner. To learn how upgrades, downgrades and renewals are billed, see bytephase.com/pricing.
Each plan also sets how many staff can sign in. The current limits for your country are on bytephase.com/pricing.
