White label lets your customers and staff use BytePhase on your own web address, for example crm.yourshop.com, with your brand instead of ours. It’s an add-on you can buy on any plan.

  • Your own web address instead of a BytePhase one.
  • Your logo and business name across every page, and in page titles.
  • Emails and SMS go out under your business name, with your support email and phone.
  • Your own small icon (favicon) in the browser tab.
  • Only someone who can change settings can set this up. Ask your shop owner if you can’t.
  • You need access to your domain’s DNS settings, where you bought the domain (for example GoDaddy, Namecheap or Cloudflare). Or ask the person who manages your website.
  • You can’t buy white label in the iPhone app. Sign in from a web browser instead.
  1. Go to Settings › App & account › White label settings. On a phone, tap More, then under System tap White label.

If white label isn’t on yet, you see “Not enabled yet” and “Run your CRM on your own domain”.

  2. On the white label card, click Buy now and pay. If the card shows Contact sales instead, click it to talk to our team.

If there’s no card at all, click Run my CRM on my domain. Our team emails you within one business day.

After you pay, our team switches it on within one business day.

Once white label is on, the same page shows Custom domain.

  1. Under Domain name, type the address you want, for example crm.yourshop.com. Click Add domain.

Use a subdomain like “crm.” in front of your domain. It works with every DNS provider.

    Desktop
  2. Step 1: Verify domain ownership. Copy the TXT record shown (its Name / host and Value). Add it in your domain’s DNS settings. Then click Verify ownership.

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours. If it fails, wait and try again.

  3. Step 2: Add DNS records. Copy the CNAME record shown and add it in your DNS settings. Don’t remove it later. It lets us set up the secure padlock (SSL) for your address.

This usually takes 5 to 30 minutes. Click Check status to check sooner.

  4. Step 3: Point your domain. Copy the second CNAME record shown and add it. If your domain already has an A or CNAME record for this address, remove that first. Then click Check status.

When your domain shows SSL active, the Custom favicon box opens. Upload a .ico, .png or .svg file. It shows in the browser tab on your own domain.

  • To change or remove your custom domain, open this page from your BytePhase address, not from your own domain.
  • If the domain shows “SSL provisioning failed”, check the DNS records are exactly as shown, then click Retry.
  • White label is paid each year. Its end date shows in your profile menu, under White label.
  • For details and terms, see white label on bytephase.com.
