Your plan decides which features you get and how much you can add. There are four plans: Lite, Basic, Standard and Enterprise. For today’s prices in your country, see bytephase.com/pricing.

What What it means for your shop
Features Which parts of BytePhase you can use, for example leads or AMC. See Plans and what’s included.
Staff logins How many employees can sign in.
Businesses How many businesses you can bill as in one BytePhase account.
Jobs Lite has a job limit. The other plans don’t.
Branches Only Enterprise has branches, that is, other shop locations. 3 are included, and the BytePhase team can add more.

The number of businesses on each plan:

Plan Businesses
Lite 1
Basic 1
Standard 2
Enterprise 2 in each branch

For the staff login and job limits, see bytephase.com/pricing. They can change, so we don’t repeat them here.

  • Computer: click your name at the top right. Then click the plan item, for example “Standard plan”.
  • Phone: tap More. Then under System, tap Subscription.

The Billing & plans page shows:

  • Current plan: the plan you’re on.
  • Plan period: the days left and the date it Expires.
  • Employees: how many staff logins your plan has.
  • Businesses: how many businesses your plan has. On Enterprise this says Businesses per branch.

You need to be able to open settings to see this page. If you can’t, ask your shop owner.

When you try to add one more employee or business than your plan allows, BytePhase stops and shows a message. For example: “Employees limit reached”.

  • It tells you how many you’ve used and how many your plan allows.
  • Under “Upgrade to increase your limit:”, it lists the plans that allow more.
  • Click Upgrade now to choose a bigger plan.

Nothing you already have is removed. You just can’t add more until you upgrade, or remove something you no longer need.

A feature that isn’t in your plan still shows in the menu, with a padlock. Click it to see which plan you need. See I can’t find a menu item or button.

If your plan isn’t renewed in time, your account becomes view only. A red bar at the top says “Plan expired · view only”. You can still open and read all your data. Creating and editing are paused until you renew.
