Desktop -
At the top right, click Upgrade plan. If your plan is about to expire or has expired, the button says Renew now.
The pricing page opens.
-
At the top, choose how long you want to pay for, for example Annual.

On the plan you want, click Buy now.
To renew, pick the plan you’re on now. To upgrade, pick a bigger plan.

How the dates work
Section titled “How the dates work”- Renew before expiry: the new period starts on your current expiry date. For example, if your plan ends on 30 June and you renew a year on 10 June, it now ends on 30 June next year.
- Renew after expiry: the new period starts on the day you pay.
- Upgrade: the new plan’s features and limits start as soon as the payment goes through. The new period is added to your remaining days, the same way as a renewal.
Move to a smaller plan
Section titled “Move to a smaller plan”You can’t move to a smaller plan from the pricing page. Contact the BytePhase team and they’ll arrange it.
If your plan has expired
Section titled “If your plan has expired”Your account becomes view only. A red bar at the top says “Plan expired · view only”, with a Renew now button. You can still see all your data. Creating jobs, sending invoices and taking payments are paused until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
On the Billing & plans page, click Renew with your plan name, or Upgrade instead.
If your card is charged automatically
Section titled “If your card is charged automatically”Some plans renew by themselves. Then the Billing & plans page shows an Auto-renewing subscription box, with the Next charge date.
To stop it, click Cancel recurring, then confirm. Your card won’t be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Your BytePhase invoices are under Purchase history. Use the print or download icon on a row to get the PDF.
- On the profile menu, your plan shows “Expires on” with the date, or “Renews on” if it renews by itself.
- When 15 days or fewer are left, the Billing & plans page turns yellow and lists what you’d lose.
- On Enterprise, your branches stay on the same plan and expiry date as your main account.
