Use this if you already collect repair requests or enquiries with Typeform, JotForm or Tally.so. Each answered form arrives in BytePhase as a Self check-in or a Lead.

  • You can connect this on every plan. To see the enquiries, you need the Standard plan or higher.
  • Have your form open in Typeform, JotForm or Tally.so in another browser tab.
  • These tools send their own field names, so you must send one test answer before you can switch the integration on.
  1. Go to Settings › Integrations. Under Website & forms, click Connect on Typeform, JotForm or Tally.so.

  2. Choose Self check-in or Lead, then click Next.

  3. Copy the Webhook URL. For Typeform and Tally.so, also copy the Signing secret.

The Webhook URL contains your API key and is shown only once. Copy it now.

  4. In your form tool, add a webhook and paste the details. How to connect on the screen gives the exact steps for each tool:

    • Typeform: open the Connect tab › Webhooks › Add a webhook. Turn on Secret and paste the signing secret.
    • JotForm: open the form’s Settings › Integrations › Webhooks, paste the URL, then click Complete Integration.
    • Tally.so: open Integrations › Webhooks › Connect. Turn on Signing secret and paste it.
  5. Send one test answer from your form. In Typeform, use View deliveries › Send test request. Then click Check now in BytePhase.

    You see Test submission captured.

  6. Click Next. Under Review field matches, point each question to a BytePhase field, or choose Skip this field. Map an email or a mobile number so BytePhase knows who the customer is.

  7. Click Next. Choose what happens if the customer already exists: Create a new record or Skip the submission.

  8. Click Next, check the summary and click Activate integration.

  • Typeform: paste the Webhook URL into the endpoint field, then save the webhook. A file-upload answer arrives in BytePhase as a link, not as the file.
  • JotForm: JotForm can’t sign what it sends, so treat the whole Webhook URL like a password. If one answer arrives twice, open the form’s Webhooks in JotForm and remove any old BytePhase URL.
  • Tally.so: BytePhase uses each question’s label as the field name, so give your questions clear names. Tally.so is the online form builder, not the TallyPrime accounting software.
  • Typeform and Tally.so: if your form tool says deliveries are refused, check that its secret matches the Signing secret in BytePhase exactly.
  • If you add or rename questions later, open the card’s View activity, then Edit the form and match the new fields.
  • To see each answer that came in and whether it worked, use View activity on the card.
  • If you remove the webhook in your form tool, also remove the form in BytePhase so the two stay in step.
